One-To-Three Mask Production Line / Fully Automatic Flat Mask Machine

Fully automatic mask production line, also known as a one-to-three mask production line, is composed of one mask body machine and three ear loop welding machines. It can produce 160-180 complete flat masks per minute, with a mask specification of: 175 X 95 mm three-layer non-woven fabric flat filter mask. Compared to a single independent mask manufacturing machine, the addition of an automatic conveyor belt and connecting ports in this unique design not only improves production efficiency and reduces labor costs, but also aims to minimize human involvement to reduce the risk of mask contamination during production. This production line is a fully automatic one-to-three mask machine, with one body machine driving three ear loop machines. After the body machine outputs the mask body, the conveyor belt structure conveys the mask body sheet to the flipping mechanism. The flipping mechanism then flips the mask disc onto the conveyor belt connected to the ear loop machine, and the conveyor belt further conveys the mask sheet to above the first mask disc on the front of the ear loop machine. Finally, the cylinder presses down to place the mask sheet into the mask disc of the ear loop machine. Subsequently, the ear loop machine completes actions such as ear loop welding and edging, thus finishing the production of an ear loop mask product.
