Motor welding assembly line

Motor Welding Assembly Line 3D Model SW Design sldasm, sldprt source files provided. The conveyor line is used for single, series, and semi-finished products, returning empty box trays. The main structure of the conveyor line is made of aluminum profiles, and the belt is a 2mm*450mm green PVC conveyor belt. The motors used at both ends of the PVC conveyor belt are Jingyan 0.25KW motors with a 1:60 gear reducer. Both ends of the conveyor line need to be driven, with an adjustment mechanism Φ145 drive roller + Φ38 head and tail. There are 2-3 multifunctional sockets under the conveyor line corresponding to the single-series welding workstation. The aluminum profiles used for the main structure of the conveyor line are 40*40 with a wall thickness of 3mm. The conveyor line requires a frequency converter which is a (Taiwan Delta frequency converter) IP220V 0.75KW.
