Non-Standard Automated Packaging Film Wrapping Machine

The MZ320 packaging machine is an intelligent packaging machine composed of a frame, film feeding section, forming section, vertical sealing section, horizontal sealing section, film transport section, and discharge section. The frame includes an electric box, which is equipped with a display screen, a temperature controller, switches, and a cooling fan. The film feeding section is equipped with a pneumatic coding machine and provides a simulated packaging film; the film transport section is driven by a servo motor. The entire machine is a high-precision automated device that integrates light, air, machinery, and electricity, where appropriate sensors can be installed as needed to meet operational requirements. This equipment can package a variety of packaging materials such as OPP/CPP, OPP/CE, PET/PE, NILO/PE, with a maximum bag length of 200mm and a maximum film width of 320mm. The horizontal sealing and film transport speed are both adjustable, with a maximum speed of up to 60 bags/min.
