Waste Paper Baler

Product Introduction: The Model 200 fully automatic hydraulic baler is designed for waste paper recycling stations. It offers higher packing efficiency and greater density, making it suitable for medium to large-scale waste paper recycling stations. This baler is equipped with air cooling, water cooling, PLC, and a remote control. Operation uses a fully automatic mode, with feeding, packing, and length measurement. When a certain length is reached, the machine automatically compresses to the bundling position, and the threading machine automatically inserts the wire (plastic rope). At this point, only manual tying of the twine is needed, and the wire can be tied automatically. The baler has an extended arm, allowing the waste paper to travel a bit further inside the machine, giving it a better shape. Efficiency: Designed with both automatic and manual working modes, packing work can be completed by as few as one person. It is equipped with a length setting device that gives a reminder when the block reaches the preset length. During loading, different block length types can be selected based on the length of the vehicle body.
