V-belt two-stage expanding cylindrical gear reducer (gearbox)

V-belt Two-stage Extended Cylindrical Gear Reducer is a drawing produced from a course design!! The reducer acts between the prime mover and the working machine or the actuator to match the speed and transmit torque. It is a relatively precise machine, and its purpose is to reduce speed and increase torque. Reducers can be classified into single-stage and multi-stage based on the number of transmission stages; into cylindrical gear reducers, bevel gear reducers, and bevel-cylindrical gear reducers based on the shape of the gear factory wheel; and into expanded type, split type, and coaxial type based on the arrangement form of the transmission. A reducer is an independent component composed of gear transmission, worm transmission, and gear-worm transmission enclosed in a rigid casing, commonly used as a speed reduction transmission device between the prime mover and the working machine. It functions to match speed and transmit torque between the prime mover and the working machine or actuator and is widely used in modern machinery.
