The sheet metal chassis is designed for the use of integrated cold processing techniques on metal sheets (typically less than 6mm) to form the required chassis after cooling. The processing techniques include shearing, punching, cutting, composite, bending, welding, riveting, splicing, forming (such as car body) and so on. A notable feature is the consistent thickness of the same part.
