The process of connecting the air conditioner shell with the installation earring progressive die is as follows: punching ----- punch the middle connection ----- notching ----- punch the large hole ----- make three projections --- bending ------ divided into two blanking. The concave and convex molds are split into two pieces for easy installation, with all lower mold workpiece areas using scrap parts. The parameters and parts of the mechanism are non-editable and have been verified and reasonably designed. The drawings are in a general-purpose STP format and can be opened with conventional 3D software.
