144-core stainless steel optical distribution box (content includes: SW 3D model, CAD unfolded view, production BOM, process flow, technical manual, wiring diagram, silk screen diagram, and packaging manual) The optical cable distribution box is a connection device installed outdoors. The fundamental requirement for it is to withstand drastic climate changes and harsh working environments. It should have features such as resistance to water vapor condensation, waterproofing and dustproofing, pest and rodent resistance, and strong impact resistance. It must be able to withstand quite harsh external environments. Therefore, the exterior of the box has high requirements for waterproofing, moisture-proofing, dustproofing, impact resistance, and pest and rodent resistance; its interior has very high requirements for temperature and humidity control. According to international standards, the highest standard for these items is IP66. However, not many enclosures can meet this standard. Currently, the main enclosures used for optical cable distribution boxes in the country are: original German KRONE enclosures, which use unsaturated polyester glass fiber-reinforced materials (SMC), offering good performance in terms of waterproofing, moisture-proofing, and impact resistance. Domestic imitations of the KRONE enclosures are primarily iron-based metal enclosures (generally achieving the IP65 standard). Due to the inferior performance of metal enclosures in terms of water vapor condensation resistance, they are destined not to be widely used and will gradually be phased out. Some domestic imitations have significant differences from the imported German KRONE in terms of water vapor condensation and impact resistance, due to material performance issues. Additionally, due to the poor anti-aging performance of the sealing strips, they also perform generally in terms of waterproofing and dustproofing. Of course, when the external environment at the installation location of the optical cable distribution box is relatively good, lowering performance requirements and reducing investment is also acceptable.
