The magnitude of the centrifugal force is determined by the rotational speed, the radius of rotation, and the mass of the substance. Centrifuges are widely used in chemical engineering, petroleum, food processing, pharmaceuticals, mineral processing, carbon, water treatment, nuclear industry, and shipping sectors.
