A diaphragm compressor is a volumetric compressor with a special structure, considered the highest level of compression in the field of gas compression. This compression method avoids secondary pollution and offers excellent protection for the compressed gas. It features a high compression ratio, good sealing, and ensures that the compressed gas is not contaminated by lubricating oil or other solid impurities. Therefore, it is suitable for compressing high-purity, rare, flammable and explosive, toxic, hazardous, corrosive, and high-pressure gases. Internationally, this method is typically specified for compressing high-purity gases, flammable and explosive gases, toxic gases, oxygen, etc.
