Fully Automated Motor Assembly Production Line (Complete, Complex, Large Non-Standard Equipment)

A complex motor automatic assembly line 3D model. This complete set of non-standard equipment drawings was designed using SolidWorks 2012. Its main function is to fully assemble motors and parts into finished products, achieving unmanned operation. The internal design principles are divided into: vibrating plate feeding, gripping, assembly, transportation, flipping, screw locking, spring piece installation, pick and place unloading, finished product conveying, etc. The vibrating plate feeding section adopts a belt plus a continuous fixture plate method for cyclic operation. You only need to place the product on the fixture, and the conveyor belt will transport it for gripping assembly by the robotic arm. After the work is completed, the fixture will cycle work. The structural design of the Airmate miniature fan motor assembly line is extremely complex and highly valuable for learning.
