Apart from the basic frame, all other components are quick-release and adjustable for positioning. Each positioning mechanism allows for some adjustment to accommodate the positioning of various pipe specifications. The fixture is designed for synchronous multi-station operations, with each oil tank having its independent sub-assembly welding station. There is also an assembly welding station, allowing two levels of welding processes to be completed simultaneously with a single clamping. By replacing different base modules, this fixture can quickly convert to other types of welding jigs, achieving a versatile multi-use capability. The universal interfaces at both ends can connect to positioners and coordinate with welding robots to form an automatic welding workstation. This is a very practical flexible welding fixture with high reference value. It consists of over 300 individual parts, with 2 small parts missing. When opened with SolidWorks 2013, an error will appear, but selecting "suppress" will allow it to open normally.
