Automatic Assembly Process for Elastic Antenna:
1. Manually place products into the A and B fixtures and position them;
2. Load material from vibrating feeder and elastic piece supply reel into the equipment manually;
3. The plastic body is positioned through an array and captured by the body module into the index table;
4. Four groups of elastic pieces are assembled, equipped with a feeding mechanism, cutting mechanism, and assembly grabbing mechanism;
5. After assembling four groups of elastic pieces, the assembly grabbing module picks and assembles them into the product A and B, and the operator unloads after completion;
