Instructions
1. This production line adopts an automatic welding-automatic grinding-automatic stacking method for door panels with robots, capable of producing adjustable double ribs-double fire hooks-side baffle type fireproof elevator door panels of various specifications;
2. This production line is equipped with a total of 2 personnel, specifically as follows;
1) Auxiliary personnel (fork material-machine operation) 1 person;
2) Headplate welding person;
3. Product specifications: DW700-1400; DH2000-2400, servo adjustable;
4. Production line cycle:
(1) 120 seconds/piece (double rib/double fire groove/side baffle type);
(2) 30 seconds/piece (single rib standard door panel)
