The chain plate conveyor can meet the requirements for single-line transport of equipment such as beverage labeling, filling, and cleaning. It can also convert a single line into multiple parallel lines moving slowly, thus creating storage capacity to meet the high supply demand of sterilizers, bottle storage platforms, and bottle cooling machines. We can design the head and tail of two chain plate conveyors to form an overlapping mixed chain, putting the bottle (or can) in a dynamic transition state to ensure there are no bottles left on the conveyor line. This setup can satisfy both pressure and non-pressure transport of empty and filled bottles.
