Button Appearance Inspection Machine

This device is a multi-purpose belt conveyor inspection machine. The design is based on buttons on clothes and pants, and sizes can be changed to different specifications. The main function is to detect the size of buttons, the color difference in appearance, and classify and exclude them. The CCD lens requirement is relatively high. The machine body is made of profiled material and square steel sheet metal. The workstation is divided into: hopper + flat feeding, vibrating plate direction screening continuous feeding conveyor line. During button separation, a certain distance is created between two buttons, with CCD optical detection to distinguish product categories into a total of 5 types. The machine speed is 150-300 PCS/minute. The equipment is delivered.
