1. The product is fed through the flow channel at the upper workstation and manually loaded into carriers (each carrier holds 4 PCS of the product). The machine automatically completes the assembly/welding of the upper and lower SHELL, NUT feeding/riveting, automatic DC marking, finished product automatic removal, and carrier recirculation;
2. Estimated CT: 1.5S/PCS.
