This equipment is an automatic assembly machine for automotive airbags. The operation process is as follows: after automatic feeding of the plastic parts, the elastic rope is cut and automatically fed to the plastic parts by the pawl. At the next station, the products with the rope already threaded are riveted, and defective products are automatically detected by CCD and eliminated while qualified products move to the next station.
