The flexible circuit board, abbreviated as soft board or FPC, has the characteristics of high wiring density, light weight, and thin thickness. The connection between the LCD and other circuits also usually requires the use of FPC. The connection cables of the FPC are precisely aligned with the LCD, the connecting ends are coated with adhesive, and brought into contact with the silver lines of the LCD. After heating for a certain period, the FPC is firmly bonded with the silver lines of the LCD and has good conductivity. Most of the existing bonding equipment use bonding equipment to carry out the bonding process for the FPC. For the existing double-sided LCD substrates, when the wiring on both sides is connected through the FPC, the FPC bonding device presses on the front and back sides separately. Most existing FPC bonding devices include an upper pressing head and lower platform. The automatic bonding machine for flexible circuit boards is designed using SolidWorks and is editable.
