Automatic Assembly Machine for LED Bulb Lights

LED Bulb Assembly Machinery A set of fully automatic bulb assembly equipment, featuring a fully automatic LED bulb assembly machine with a turntable structure. This turntable assembly process is driven by an indexing rotating plate which moves the fixtures at each station to complete the assembly of various components. The main plate serves as the rotating plate, while the smaller plate on top functions as the sub-plate. During operation, multiple small components are assembled together. The feeding section uses a conveyor belt for automatic feeding, with a mechanical arm and pneumatic cylinder for picking and placing components. The lamp housing is assembled using a vibrating bowl feeder; after separating and feeding straight, a mechanical arm picks and places it for assembly. The feeding method for lamp pins is via a vibrating bowl feeder. Once assembly is complete, the mechanical arm picks up the finished product for unloading. The unloading mechanical arm consists of pneumatic cylinders which rotate and deposit onto the output conveyor belt. The LED bulb automatic assembly machine equipment has been assembled, showcasing the complete structure.
