This set of equipment is used for squirrel cage rotor processing by fan motor manufacturers. After the aluminum casting of the squirrel cage rotor, excess aluminum material is produced at the gate area of the aluminum ring’s end. The gate is riveted into the aluminum ring, ensuring the flatness of the rotor end surface and preventing the gate from falling off, which could cause the motor rotor to jam and result in issues like burning the machine. This also ensures that rotor quality does not affect the clamping positioning in subsequent processes and the overall quality of the motor unit. It is necessary to rivet and flatten the riser material to ensure product quality.
